Purchasiing Information
Thank you for your interest in my artwork. Purchasing an original artwork is a special experience, and I want the process to be as clear and enjoyable as possible. The information below explains how ordering, shipping, delivery, customs, returns, and payment are handled. If you have any questions at any stage, I am always happy to help.
The following information is designed to provide a clear and transparent purchasing experience.

Availability and Pricing
All pricing, shipping estimates, availability, and delivery timelines provided prior to invoicing are for discussion purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer or sales agreement. A sale is only confirmed once a final invoice has been issued by the Seller and full cleared payment has been received. All artworks are offered subject to prior sale and availability.
All my work is signed and is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Payment Verification & Refund Policy
Payments can be made by direct bank (international) transfers and by a secure payment link for payments via credit cards.
Orders will be processed once full payment has been received. Any overpayment, duplicate payment, or payment made in error will only be refunded to the original payer through the original payment method. Under no circumstances will refunds, credits, or excess funds be transferred to a third party. Payments may be subject to verification and clearance before any refund is processed. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund any transaction that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or inconsistent with our payment policies.

Shipping & Delivery
Within Sweden, Denmark – I try my best to deliver purchased work in person to my clients if the distance .
Artwork can be shipped worldwide. Once your purchase has been completed and payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt. Your artwork will be dispatched within 10 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. For insurance and security reasons, shipments in transit may only be delivered to the address stated on the shipping waybill and cannot be redirected or forwarded. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment where necessary to comply with these Terms, applicable laws, payment verification requirements, or other reasonable business considerations.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all international shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms® 2020. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance
charges, and other destination-country fees.

Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all shipping-related costs.

Artwork Representation
Every effort is made to accurately represent the colours, textures, and details of each artwork. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography. Additional photographs and videos are available upon request. Due to the handmade nature of original artwork, minor variations in texture, surface details, and appearance may occur and are considered part of the unique character of the work.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Shipping Terms & Policy. Payment of an invoice also constitutes acceptance of these Shipping Terms & Policy.

Copyright
Copyright in all artwork, images, photographs, and content remains the property of Pauline Lindberg unless otherwise agreed in writing. The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, published, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Packaging & Transit Insurance
Every artwork is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery and documented during the packing process. Most original artworks are shipped in specially constructed wooden crates or professional art packaging. All shipments are insured during transit, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of the applicable carrier and insurance provider. To maintain insurance coverage, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Once a shipment has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed, redirected, or forwarded. Where transit insurance applies, compensation for loss or damage occurring during shipment shall be limited to the amount recoverable under the applicable insurance policy and shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the artwork.

International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside Sweden, the recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the artwork price or shipping charges and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities. Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs office before placing an order if they are unsure about applicable import charges.

Customs Delays
We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections, processing times, documentation requirements, or payment of import charges. If customs authorities require additional information, documentation, or payment from the recipient, it is the recipient’s responsibility to provide it promptly.

Unclaimed, damaged or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or remains unclaimed due to non-payment of customs duties, failure to provide required documentation, or failure to collect the package within the required timeframe, no refund will be issued for shipping costs, customs fees, or related charges. If returned, reshipment may be requested at the customer’s expense. Additional costs may be deducted from applicable refunds.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately or lastest two days after shipment has arrived. To process an insurance claim, all damage must be documented with photographs of the artwork, packaging materials, shipping crate or box, and any visible external damage. Failure to report damage promptly may affect the ability to process a claim.

Returns & Refunds
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your artwork. The artwork must be returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Once the artwork has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days. Original shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, and related fees are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability
The Seller’s liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the artwork. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill, or third-party claims. The Seller accepts no liability for any agreements, commitments, representations, or resale arrangements made by the purchaser with any third party concerning the artwork.

Ownership of Artwork
Ownership of the artwork shall not pass to the purchaser until full cleared payment has been received.

Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, war, civil unrest, government actions, customs delays, or carrier interruptions.

Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the purchase of artwork shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
